  14. I've seen the first ads for "Space: Above And Beyond" and it looks really
  15. awesome!!

  17. According to the voice-over in the 5-10 second commercial, it's produced 
  18. by the same people who do X-Files (which means it's not just gonna be cool
  19. special effects) and it will be premiering this Fall.

  22. Lee, the special effects look incredible...very different from B5 and very
  23. much like Star Wars, but I have a question for you:

  25.   What are you using as a source for explosions??  They're obviously(?)
  26. digitized and composited into the scene, but they're very reminiscent of the
  27. stuff seen in the actual Star Wars movies...are you using the same technique
  28. used on SW?  (Filming explosion from below with high-speed camera)

  31. I gotta tell you that I've jog/shuttled through this commercial at least a
  32. dozen times already, and I really like what I see! (Very Dark)  Can't wait 
  33. for it to begin!!
